Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By using restock.family you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use is acceptance of the current version.
2. The service
ReStock lets you pay a crypto invoice for a gift card and, after fulfillment, receive a restock in a Robinhood Chain stock token or $Restock. We may pause, limit, or stop any part of the service, including restock rates and brand coverage.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live and legally able to use crypto and gift cards. You will not use the service where it is prohibited.
4. Orders and payment
You pay with Robinhood ETH or USDG (hopped to Base) or with ETH or USDC on Base, Arbitrum, or Ethereum. An order is unpaid until the invoice confirms. We fulfill cards after confirmation. Refunds, if any, follow the rail you used and the refund address you provided. We do not guarantee refunds after a card is delivered.
5. Restock
Restock is a promotional transfer, not interest, yield, or a security. Amounts are calculated from the card face value and the then-current rate. Live transfers require a funded treasury. Demo and simulated restocks are records only.
6. Wallets and risk
You control your keys. Crypto and tokenized stocks can lose value, become illiquid, or fail to transfer. Network fees, delays, and third-party outages are outside our control.
7. Prohibited use
You will not use ReStock to break the law, launder funds, evade sanctions, abuse gift cards, attack the site, or scrape it in a way that harms the service.
8. Intellectual property
ReStock marks and site content belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and logos on cards belong to those brands. Listing a brand does not mean they endorse ReStock.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, failed invoices, third-party gift-card issues, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the USD face value of the order that gave rise to it, or zero for demo orders.

ReStock is not a broker-dealer, exchange, bank, or investment adviser. Nothing on restock.family is an offer to buy or sell securities, or investment, tax, or legal advice.
Robinhood Chain stock tokens are tokenized representations. They are not broker equities, may not be redeemable 1:1 for listed shares, and can be geo-restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.
Gift cards are fulfilled after the crypto invoice confirms. Brand availability, inventory, and restock rates can change. Featured 2.5% rates apply only to the listed tickers and may be withdrawn.
$Restock is a platform token used when a brand has no twin, or when you choose it at checkout. It is not equity in ReStock and has no promised value.
Wallet addresses, refund addresses, and transaction hashes you submit are your responsibility. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong chain, asset, or address.
The site may run in demo mode. Demo orders, codes, and restocks are simulated and create no right to a live card or on-chain transfer.
